Hi there!

This is a very nice open mountain view with sun most of the afternoon. Very ventilated and on higher floors (above 20).

It is currently used as my store room but I will provide bed, table and rack for hanging clothes for flatmate. There is also a balcony for hanging clothes. 

There is direct bus that gets to TST in 30-40 mins, passing through Kowloon station on the way, perfect for frequent traveller.

I am clean (but not OCD!) female, working mostly from home and prefer to have a clean female (preferably quiet) flatmate. I also have two cats, so only if you are not allergic. I do expect my flatmate helps take care of my cats while I travel. 

No smoking or alcohol or drugs in the flat please.

Minimum stay 3 months preferably longer
