Intro
I will be leaving Hong Kong in July and will have a room available for rent. The entire house has three rooms, one of which is mine, another is a storage room, and the third is a newly renovated room. When I leave in July, I will be keeping my room and the storage room, but I can make my room available if needed, so two rooms can be rented out.

-10 mins by walk to Sung Wong Toi Station
-10 mins by walk to kowloon city

There are multiple route minibuses remaining.
-To Mong Kok 15 mins
-To Kowloon Tong 20 mins (City university/Baptist university) 
-To Lok fu 10 mins
-To Shum Sui Po 20 mins
-To Tusen Wan 30 mins

Also you can walk 5 mins to bus stop
-To Wan Chai 30 mins
To Central 40 mins
