Hello! I am leaving my apartment in Wanchai. It is an enormous flat, only 1 block away from the MTR Wan Chai exit A1, with all the markets you could need nearby. The flat has one big living-room with a PIANO ❤️, full stereo system and a big TV (perfect for movie nights in our comfortable L sofa). My bedrooms with open view, excellently sound proofed from the street and also from the other rooms of the apartment! There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one hall with a table set perfect for working and, my personally favorite, an excellent kitchen full equipped!
There is also a rooftop that, even thou it is not exclusive of my flat, nobody use so I used to be there for hours, it has a little table and and it occupies the entire surface of the ceiling.
