The rent is RM1100 in total, but I am willing to cover more than half of it, so you'll only need to pay a smaller share.

**About the house:**  
- The landlord is rarely at home, so the space is completely free for tenants to use.  
- You are welcome to use the kitchen for cooking, and the common areas are spacious and clean.  
- The room is fully equipped, located in a quiet environment, and ideal for female tenants.
