Description

Our apartment is in Sai Ying Pun - 2 min walk from Exit C MTR. The monthly rent will be split between the three of us totalling 8500 hkd with utilities included. Our flat is spacious and newly renovated. You will be getting a master bedroom, ensuite, with its own bathroom and a closet. You will have to buy a bed before moving in, but everything else - IKEA curtains, new fridge, new washing machine, and cooking equipment has already been purchased. We really love this apartment, and we would love to share it with a female student/or a working professional. 

The lease starts on June 1, but you can also move in Mid May. You are going to have to pay the realtor fee (4135 hkd per person) + the 3 months rent (2 deposit + for the first month = 24800). Roommates

Me and my roommate are university tutors. We are non-smokers and we always make sure that all the rooms are kept clean and tidy. We enjoy living in a quiet and friendly environment. I am vegetarian, and my roommate is pescitarean. We would ideally prefer someone with similar dietary preferences because we will be sharing a fridge. But that's not a dealbreaker. We really love our apartment, and we hope to find a female flatmate who can appreciate it as much as we do.
