Hiya. I own the flat and have been living here for around 7 years with a cat. I am a professional and I work full time during normal hours in the same district. The flat is up high in a 24 storey building and the building is under a renovation which will be finished by early September if everything is on schedule. There are almost everything you may need in the flat including a TV that I don't usually watch. My neighbours are friendly and it's a super safe neighbourhood that is quiet busy and well lit even at 2am. A reasonable walk (5-10 mins) to both the bus terminus and the MTR station. Shops and restaurants/bars/dessert places are just a stone throw away and a 7-11 right at the corner. Internet bill included.
I can be outgoing and can be quiet. My work schedule is very stable leaving at 7 in the morning and back at 6 ish. I cook sometimes. For evening I may go to the gym for workout/dance/Muay Thai and sometimes attending theatre or meeting friends. I go to some professional development courses seasonally as well. For weekend I do more or less the same things but I hike or go to SZ for a massage. Sometimes I spend the whole morning cleaning the house on Sat. You can say as a mean to release stress with some hygienic benefit.
Basic respect is needed when coming to sharing a flat. Keep the place clean for each other. I usually do my dishes right away and make sure the toilet bowl stay spotless after use. I do prefer keeping the flat quiet after 11 as rest is very important for me. But of course you can stay up late. I am not a smoker or a drinker myself and smoking is not welcome in the flat. And I try to stay environmentally friendly as well.
